ShipX was formed from the combination of SG Link — founded in Ho Chi Minh City in 2020 — and Amilo International, established in 2022. Two logistics companies with complementary strengths, one shared conviction: that cross-border shipping in Southeast Asia should be as simple as selling locally.
Today, ShipX operates 5 offices across ASEAN, moves 2.5M+ orders annually across 200+ destinations, and works with 2,500+ sellers — from first-time exporters to established marketplace brands.

Feb 2020
The Foundation Years
SG Link was founded in Ho Chi Minh City, specializing in cross-border logistics solutions — the start of a cross-border logistics network across Vietnam.
2021
First partnerships, wider network.
SG Link launches international e-commerce delivery products and becomes SingPost's strategic partner in Vietnam, then expands into Da Nang, Bien Hoa, and Vung Tau.
2022
Strategic Partner of eBay Vietnam
SGLINK became the strategic partner of eBay Vietnam and Belgium Post in Vietnam, while expanding its nationwide footprint with 6 additional branches across the country.
2023
Elevating the Logistics Network
With the opening of a new office and warehouse in Hanoi, SGLINK expanded to a total of 12 branches nationwide. The company was officially integrated into eBay Vietnam's CPaSS platform as a logistics provider and became a strategic logistics partner of Wish, further strengthening its service capabilities and helping connect Vietnamese sellers with international markets.
2024
Direct Shipping to the United States
SGLINK launched its Direct US product, a dedicated Vietnam–United States shipping lane fully operated by SGLINK.
2025
US Domestic and Spring GDS.
A partnership with Spring GDS (powered by Netherlands Post and POS Malaysia) and the launches of US Domestic Delivery and US Fulfillment extend the network deeper into the US corridor.

She oversees ShipX's presence across Vietnam, Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia, and Singapore, building the carrier partnerships and market coverage that underpin the platform's reach across 200+ destinations.

Hung co-founded ShipX and serves as Managing Director for Vietnam. He is responsible for shaping the company's strategy and leading its overall growth direction, ensuring that all operations remain aligned with ShipX's vision and development objectives.

Chi co-founded ShipX and leads the sales organisation across Southeast Asia. She has built and scaled ShipX's seller relationships from the ground up - from the earliest SGLINK clients to a network of 2,500+ active businesses.
