What is the new portal URL and how do I access it?
The new centralized dashboard is located at portal.shipx.asia. Login: Use your current SGLINK username and password. Redirects: For your convenience, all legacy SGLINK URLs and bookmarks will automatically redirect to the new ShipX portal for the duration of the transition period.
Are my existing SGLINK contracts and service agreements still valid?
Yes. All existing contracts remain fully valid and legally binding. ShipX has assumed all prior obligations and service commitments made by SGLINK. There is no need for new paperwork or re-signing; your current terms of service, rates, and operational commitments continue without interruption.
